When your booking is confirmed

We confirm the booking once the camper is reserved for your dates. A quote request alone does not reserve a camper. You sign the rental agreement at collection.

Use the booking number in your detailed quote when submitting the booking form. We check that the camper is reserved before your booking becomes final. The confirmation, invoice and rental documents set out what has been agreed.

What to include in your inquiry

Use the quote form for a new camper inquiry. Tell us where and when you want to collect and return, who is traveling, driver and child ages, intended detours and any equipment or access needs. A flexible date, depot or vehicle choice can open more options.

What your quote includes

Check the vehicle configuration, payable total, inclusions, liability choice, bond, route permissions and offer expiry. A quote is tied to its dates and depots. Availability can change before confirmation.

On the road

Your rental documents list the assistance number to call for anything about the vehicle while you travel. Remote assistance can take time, and recovery costs depend on your contract, so save the number before you leave the depot. For questions about your booking, we remain your contact throughout.
